"Looks Way Better Than Expected"
I’m kind of annoyed at how good this thing looks in person. The hilt feels super clean in hand, and the whole thing just looks awesome. I was expecting something decent, but now I’m over here nitpicking my other stuff because this one feels so much nicer.

"Works Fine With a Tiny Quirk"
I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it charges every time. Sometimes I have to wiggle the cable a little to get it seated right, but once it’s plugged in, it holds the charge well. Not a big deal for me overall.

"Sorta decent, but not perfect"
I’m sorta in the middle on Imperial Workshop. The saber looks really cool and feels sturdy, and the sound effects are fun to play around with. That said, for the price, I was expecting the overall experience to feel a little smoother. Shipping took longer than I expected, and the tracking updates weren’t super clear. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. Overall, it’s not bad, just not amazing either. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

"Customer service was basically no help!!!"
I reached out to ask about my order and it was such a frustrating experience!!! The replies were super slow, and when they finally did respond, they came off rude!!! It felt like they were just trying to get rid of me instead of actually helping!!!

"I found what I needed quickly…"
I found what I needed quickly and the site was easy to figure out. Checkout was straightforward too, so I was feeling good about it. Then a couple pages started loading slow on my phone and suddenly I was like, okay, are we doing this or not? But it wasn’t a huge deal overall.

"The blade is seriously brighter than I expected"
I got my saber last week, and I’m really happy with it. The blade brightness is easily my favorite part. Even with the lights on in my room, it still stands out really nicely, and when it’s dark, it looks insanely bright. I didn’t have to tweak the settings much either, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I’m really satisfied with it.

"Such a Relief!"
I was a little worried at first that my old accessories wouldn’t fit, and I was already getting annoyed thinking I’d have to buy all new stuff. But nope, everything fit with no problem at all. Huge relief, and I’m actually really happy about it...

"Works fine, but battery life is meh"
It works fine overall, tbh, but the battery doesn’t last that long. I find myself having to charge it often, which is a bit annoying lol.

"Pretty Much Nailed My Order"
My first reaction when I opened the box was, “Yep, that’s exactly what I picked.” I ordered from imperialworkshop.com and the color, parts, and extras were all correct, which was a relief. No real complaints on the accuracy side at all. I’m giving 4 stars because the order info could’ve been a little clearer along the way, but overall they did a good job.

"Packed well, with just a tiny issue"
My order from imperialworkshop.com showed up in solid packaging. The box had a small dent on one corner, but thankfully the item inside was completely fine. There was enough bubble wrap, and nothing was moving around in the box. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but overall I was happy with how it arrived

"Smooth controls"
Got my saber and the motion controls feel really smooth. Swinging it around and twisting it all works the way I expected, and I haven’t noticed any weird lag so far. Happy with it, anyway

The communication felt slow and kind of confusing to me. I had to ask twice, and even then I’m not sure I fully understood the answer. Maybe I missed something, but I was expecting it to be a little clearer.

"Really fast delivery"
I ordered it on Monday and it was already at my door by Wednesday. i was surprised by how quick it showed up. For the speed alone, I’d say it was definitely worth it.
